Perfect for relieving swelling, bruising, hemorrhoids, stitches, or tension around your lower back, perineum, or c-section scar. Microwave for warmth, freeze for cooling relief — whatever your moment calls for.

How to Use

• To cool: Place in the freezer for 2 hours, or submerge in an ice bath.

• To heat: Microwave for 15 seconds or submerge in hot water. Gently massage to distribute heat evenly.

• To clean: Rinse in cold water with mild soap and air dry completely before reheating or refreezing.

All returns must be initiated via our return portal within 14 days after being postmarked as delivered to the customer. Once we receive your return, our team thoroughly inspects them. This process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
