How to Use
To cool, freeze the pack for 4 hours before use or place in an ice bath. To warm, microwave for 15 seconds or submerge in hot water.
Gently knead the pack to distribute warmth evenly.

*Always test the temperature before use.
**Do not use for more than 20 minutes in a single session.
