1.) To cool, freeze the pack for 4 hours before use or place in an ice bath.

     To heat, microwave for 15 seconds or submerge in hot water.

2.) Gently massage the pad to distribute heat evenly.

3.) To clean - rinse in cold water with mild soap and let air dry completely before warming or freezing.

*Always test the temperature before applying.

    RIP Back Pain

    This thing is awesome! So much back pain relief with the ice/heat pack! Idk why I didnt look for one of these with my last pregnancy!!!!

    so much relief!

    this was a lifesaver in my last trimester... the ice/heat pack take the support band to the next level!

    if you have any back pain in your pregnancy this is a must have!!!

    Instant Relief for My Lower Back

    By the end of the day, my back was always sore—until I started using this band. It’s amazing how much difference a little extra support makes. I feel more balanced and my posture has improved. Plus, it’s discreet under clothes. Every pregnant woman needs one of these in her closet!

    Great Value and Comfortable Fit

    I was skeptical about how much a belly band could really help, but this one exceeded my expectations. It stays in place, offers gentle compression, and even helps my maternity pants stay up! Just wish it came in more colors.
