Bumpsuit Billboard Contest – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Eligibility

The Bumpsuit Billboard Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Bumpsuit, LLC (“Sponsor”) and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on January 15th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 1st 2026 (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, you must:

  • Step 1. Post your photo to grid using hashtag #bumpusitbillboardchallenge and tagging BUMPSUIT
  • Step 2. Download and Sign up to the TYB app @ tyb.xyz and upload your image to the BUMPSUIT BILLBOARD CHALLENGE 

You can submit up to 4 images within your entry.  

4. Submission Guidelines

  • Image must be high-quality. Dimensions 12x24 vertical or horizontal
  • Entrant must be visible and wearing or using a visible Bumpsuit product.
  • Images must not contain third-party logos, offensive material, or any unlawful content.
  • Images can be of one entrant or a group (babies welcome) but Entrants must have all rights to the image submitted.

By entering, you warrant and represent that your image is your original work and does not infringe on any third party’s rights.

5. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by a panel of judges from Bumpsuit based on the following criteria:

  • Quality and resolution of the image,
  • How well the image would translate to billboard format,
  • How well the image represents the Bumpsuit brand.

The number of winners will be determined solely by the Sponsor, and winning entries may be featured on billboards, marketing materials, and/or social media.

Winners will be notified via email or direct message no later than March 14th 2026

6. Prizes

The prize consists of being featured on Bumpsuit’s billboards located in New York and Los Angeles and possible inclusion in marketing campaigns. No cash value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted.

7. Grant of Rights

By submitting an entry, you grant Sponsor and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your entry, in whole or in part, in any media, for promotional or marketing purposes without additional compensation, notification, or permission.  Selected winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and/or Publicity Release.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to modify any rules as necessary for any reason or as required by applicable law.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind. Sponsor shall have the absolute right to determine if an entry form is in compliance with these rules. By entering the Contest, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all Contest Official Rules, and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the Contest. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, distributors, franchisees, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies from any liability arising from or related to the Contest, including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Entries will become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this Contest, including, without limitation, mechanical, human, printing, distribution or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or use of any image or likeness.

10. Consent 

By entering this Contest, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and biographical data for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. BECAUSE SPONSOR COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM PARTICIPANTS ENTERING THIS CONTEST, SPONSOR ENCOURAGES ALL PARTICIPANTS TO REVIEW ITS PRIVACY POLICY LOCATED AT https://www.bumpsuit.co/policies/privacy-policy.  

11. Governing Law

This Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Austin, Texas.
