Sizing & Fit:
If you are ordering The Support Waist Trainer, we suggest starting at your pre pregnancy size. Taking into consideration that all pregnancy experiences are unique, some customers choose to purchase an additional Support Waist Trainer, a size up from their pre pregnancy size to start with. When ready, they transition to the Support Waist Trainer that is in their pre pregnancy size.

I bought this bc Lauryn Bosstick recommended and the reviews were great. I sized down like it said to do your pre pregnancy size but holy cow. This thing is so uncomfortable and hurts!I could barely get on and I have zero hips. Now I know it’s not going to be the most comfortable thing and thought it would be better than the Velcro, but for how much you spend, no. Wouldn’t recommend.

Because the Waist Trainer is designed with compression fabric and hidden boning to provide postpartum core support, it can feel quite snug when first putting it on. We generally recommend selecting your pre-pregnancy size, but every postpartum journey and body shape is unique, and some customers may find a different size provides a more comfortable level of support.
The trainer is designed to be stepped into and pulled up to rest comfortably over the hip bones rather than being worn higher on the waist, which can help improve comfort during wear.

Hands down one of the best belly bands! The compression on it is amazing! It really snatches you without that overpowering feeling like you can't breathe, long enough for my torse so that fat is hanging out and you can't even see it underneath clothing :) I have in both colors

I freaking love this belly band! It snatches you in without that overpowering feeling of not being able to breathe. You can wear it comfortably underneath clothes and you cannot notice it at all :)
